Most high-density apartment complexes simply are too large to give you 1 on 1 care. Co-living gives you the option to live in a peaceful environment without the added stress of hundreds of neighbors. We're here to help you find your tribe, a place to call home, and a sense of pride when you walk through the door. All of our units include free wifi and utilities. We offer a budding community, coupled with private, or shared spaces, which are designed for modern living, a soft lifestyle, and comfortability.

Co-living is a modern approach to shared housing, blending private living areas with communal spaces like living room, kitchens and lounges. With a strong shared sense of His love, each member of the Path community can find a way to live a wholesome life of faith while sharing the struggles, happy moments and wishes with other members of the church.

As we embarked on establishing new branches and reaching various communities across Delaware, our mission has remained unwavering.
Today, Path stands as a single church with multiple sites spread throughout Delaware. Each location offers a consistent, cohesive experience with music and a shared message delivered by a communicator that is broadcasted to every site.
FAQ'S
We will draw from a lottery once we have reached maximum capacity for each phase starting in June 2025. As new phases are released we will redraw from a new lottery.
