Navigating

Navigating life as a young adult is done best in the context of Christian community. We have groups for young singles and young couples where you can find your community and study God’s Word. Young Adult Group: Thursdays 7:30 P.M.

FAQ'S

We will draw from a lottery once we have reached maximum capacity for each phase starting in June 2025. As new phases are released we will redraw from a new lottery.

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE UNIT?

    The studio unit is 361 sq feet. It will include a full kitchen with included appliances, cabinetry, storage space, a bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink, mirror, and storage space. The living area will be fully furnished with a bed, couch, and closet.

  • IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO HOLD THE UNIT?

    Yes, a one month security deposit will be required to hold the unit during build out of the community.

  • HOW MUCH IS THE RENT?

    The rental rate is $1500. It is well below the fair market value rate for a brand-new studio. All utilities are included, along with free wifi. Additional packages are available for tenants who wish to add additional amentities.

  • WHERE WILL THE UNIT BE LOCATED?

    Our units will be located in Las Vegas, NV.

  • WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?

    Veterans should apply for VA benefits to help offset the cost of lodging. We can help set up the appointments if it is needed in order to get the ball rolling in your favor. Retirement income, regular employment, and or gig work is accepted. There are many programs that can help with rental assistance. Please give us a call if you need more information.

  • IS THERE PARKING?

    Yes, we will have parking available as well as the opportunity for pick ups to the VA if needed to start your paperwork.

Becoming a godly man takes involvement in Christ-centered community. Through the study of God’s Word, we learn about who Jesus is and who He calls us to be. Check out our Men’s Groups to find other men who will encourage you in your faith at Wednesdays 7:00-9:00 P.M.
